Editorial
Editorial policy
A deodorant goes on skin every day, so we keep to what the bottle prints and what public sources say.
Label facts
Ingredients, bottle size and the label's own statements come from the back of the bottle, read from a photograph large enough to make out every line. Words in quotation marks are the label's words.
General information
General statements about deodorants, fragrance labeling, aloe and air travel quote the Food and Drug Administration, the National Institutes of Health, MedlinePlus and the Transportation Security Administration. Each quotation carries a link and the date we read it.
Not medical advice
Nothing here is medical advice or a promise of a result. If a product irritates your skin, stop using it and ask a doctor or pharmacist.
Reviews
Buyer reviews appear in the buyers' own words, complaints among them. We leave out any review that reports a medical outcome, good or bad, because that is a matter for a doctor and not for a shop.
Corrections
If something here does not match the bottle in your hand, the bottle is right. Tell us at rollon@thealvera.org and we will correct it.
